New Sign-up Program Rules

Earn as you play the first day. This program is only valid for new Aquarius Casino Resort player’s club members.

1. Participants must be at least 21 and must never have had an A.C.E. Rewards Club™ Account. Existing A.C.E. Rewards Club™ Members are not eligible, including players with cards from Arizona Charlie’s Boulder, Arizona Charlie’s Decatur or Stratosphere.
2. Qualified participants are eligible to receive bonuses from the time they receive an Aquarius A.C.E. Rewards Club™ Card until midnight the following day.
3. Bonus qualification applies only to tracked slot play and applies to all slot machines of every denomination.
4. Bonuses apply to base points earned only on a new account. Point multipliers do not apply.
5. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure his or her A.C.E. Rewards Club™ Card is properly inserted into the machine and tracking play.
6. Free Slot Play and prizes earned with this program cannot be converted, exchanged or transferred.
7. All prizes may be awarded only once. Prizes must be claimed at any casino kiosk or at the A.C.E Rewards Club™ prior to midnight the day after signing up and are valid for 6 months from enrollment date. $100 free play voucher will not be valid until 7 days after the date of issuance and will expire 180 days from enrollment.
8. Vouchers found manipulated, forged, misprinted, altered or tampered with in any way will be declared void and ineligible for any bonuses.
9. Aquarius is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers, and the vouchers cannot be re-issued.
10. By participating in this promotion, guests agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Aquarius Casino Resort.
11. Employees and associates of ACEP, Stratosphere Las Vegas, Arizona Charlie’s casinos and Aquarius Casino Resort properties are not eligible to participate.
12. Management reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this program at its discretion and/or to void this offer for any individual who violates these rules.
13. All decisions by Aquarius Casino Resort management are final.
